Alex Wilder & Evan Snoey
Chattaboogie, January 2026
Alex Wilder is a multi-instrumentalist, recording engineer, and songwriter based in Nashville, TN. Drawing on his Acadian roots and early years in Maine, his energetic piano, guitar, and foot percussion stylings blend traditional contra music with elements of popular music. Recent collaborations include Atlanta Dance Weekend with Ed Howe and Palaver Strings’ Welcome Home Tour. As a recording engineer, his work can be heard on albums from Maya de Vitry, Madison Cunningham, and the soundtrack to Disney’s Encanto.
Evan Snoey is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and composer specializing on fiddle, saxophone and guitar. Originally from Seattle, and now making his home in Nashville, his background in traditional styles combined with a contemporary music education allow him to not only thrive in jazz, bluegrass, old-time, rock, indie folk, chamber and improvisatory music but to push and blend them together. He currently plays with the Litch Brothers, the Woebegones, and Harry Bartlett’s Mountain Air.
